Terms & Conditions
Required from Clients:
This Tour takes place in a mountain environment with rough and broken tracks underfoot which can be wet and boggy. Clients are required to have a reasonable level of fitness and mobility and to have the required kit.
Booking Form/Kit List:
It is a requirement that each participant must complete a Booking Form prior to the event, this Form includes a recommended Kit List and a Medical Declaration. Completed Forms must be emailed to Walk the Mournes at least 2 days prior to the event.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due in full at time of Booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Up to 21 days before the event full refund.
20-14 days before event 50% refund, after this time no refund will be applicable.
Walk the Mournes reserve the right to cancel all bookings up to the day of the tour due to adverse/unsafe weather conditions, in this case a full refund will be made.
In the event of clients being unfit for or uncomfortable on the terrain Walk the Mournes reserve the right to adjust/amend the tour route and duration to suit, no refund will be due.
